FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be employed in oil industry in large-size devices making for oil storage and treatment. Skid comprises sections of mobile roller support, mounted on rail track with possibility of travel on it along skid longitudinal axis of symmetry, separate section of drive roller support and, at least, one section of drive roller supports, wherein it is equipped with semaphore clamp installed on outermost drive roller support edge, and shell rings alignment device installed on side opposite to sections of mobile roller support, with possibility of travel along skid longitudinal axis of symmetry on rails, shifted from skid longitudinal axis of symmetry by specified value.;EFFECT: use of invention enables to automate shells assembly process and increase accuracy of their connection.;1 cl, 12 dwg
