FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a recombinant strain of filamentous fungi Penicillium canescens CS15 VKM F-4679D, secreting thermostable cellulase Cel48S from Clostridium thermocellum. The invention also discloses a method for culturing of the said strain in a particular nutrient medium.
