Substrate contains, at least, one sequence of symbols, applied onto substrate surface so, to when bringing capsule into rotation about axis external reading device reader read each symbol in sequential order. Symbols are formed, at least, partially by surfaces, providing in any direction at angle varying from 3 to 10° relative to normal to said surface, mainly, diffuse reflection of any incident light beam, forming with normal to said surfaces angle of incidence, which can range from 0 to 10°.;EFFECT: disclosed are substrate and capsule for beverages preparation by centrifugation, system and method for preparation of beverages by centrifugation.;25 cl, 14 dwg
