The first and the second corrugated structures comprise a plurality of ridges. The second corrugated structure is predominantly identical to the first corrugated structure and predominantly coincides in phase with the first corrugated structure. The food product has a total thickness ranging from 5.84 to 11.94 mm and a plurality of ridges with predominantly equal spans in the range of 3.17 to 7.11 mm, and the dehydration index is less than 1.7. In one version, the food product has a normalized moment of space inertia between 20×10-8 and 160×10-8 m3. In another version, the food product has a hardness ratio when tested at the angles 90° and 0° at least 2.78.
