FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: self-aligning travelling valve of a sucker rod pump contains a body, an adapter with through bores, a heavy load installed in the eccentric plane of the inclined concave tray, which is eccentrically fixed to one end of the central axis of the valve, a lock nut and a counter nut, lock washer, adjusting nut and washers, a working steel ball, a seat and a seat holder. The valve is equipped with rubber sealing rings. The working steel ball is located in a basket, which is located in the body and has longitudinal flushing ports. The latter are distributed between the inner longitudinal runners, which have a small contact surface and are evenly distributed along the body and the perimeter of the basket. Small radial gaps exist between the inner longitudinal runners and the working steel ball above which a heavier auxiliary tungsten ball contacting it is located.;EFFECT: longer endurance and improved reliability of valve operation in horizontal wells.;2 dwg
