FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: tool includes a base rod and removable actuators, a conductive head, a handle and a collet clamp, consisting of a collet and a guiding cylindrical bushing. The actuators are designed to be threaded to the rod. In the rod and head assembly, the tool allows the best possible direction and placement of the rod in the crossed thrombosed shunt. In the rod and handle assembly, the rod provides a possibility of rotational and longitudinal movement along the shunt. In the assembly of the rod and handle with a collet clamp, the tool provides a possibility to fix both shunts, thrombosed and new, thereon, and a possibilitu to simultaneously remove the thrombosed shunt and conduct a new one by applying traction with a controlled force.;EFFECT: tool and method allow to remove the thrombosed vascular shunt from its canal and to conduct a new vascular shunt in the same canal during one surgical operation, to improve treatment quality by reducing traumatism and duration of surgery and to increase convenience of its operation.;5 cl, 18 dwg
