METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS AFTER SURGICAL INTERVENTION DUE TO RESIDUAL AND ACQUIRED NOSE DEFORMATIONS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: postoperative nasal stent is manufactured using 3D modeling, including virtual simulation of the desired harmonious shape of the external nose. The resulting stent is inserted into the lumen of the patient's nasal passages. It is removed after 3-5 months. In the presence of permanent deformation of the external nose shape, a new postoperative nasal stent is made and injected into the lumen of the patient's nasal passages. Stages of orthopedic treatment are repeated every 3-5 months until the desired harmonious shape of the external nose is achieved.;EFFECT: method allows to exclude the need for further surgical treatment in patients with acquired nose deformationa, and reduces its volume and multiplicity in patients with residual nose deformations.;3 cl, 12 dwg, 5 ex
