FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: device includes a thick-walled drill pipe (TWDP) having inlet and outlet holes respectively located at ascending and descending angles. At inlet holes area in the TWDP there is a groove arranged to accommodate bearings which are installed after putting the rotating bushing on the TWDP and serve as a shut-off bearing. A part of the rotating bushing has smooth surface, and on the other part is provided with blades which do not protrude beyond the working diameter of the TWDP. The device also includes turbine sections, part of which is rigidly connected to the rotating bushing, and the other part is secured on the TWDP body, and which act as a rotor and a stator, respectively. One end of the TWDP has a coupling connection for screwing with the previous drill pipe, and the other end has a pin connection for screwing with adapter which at the same time is a fixing element for rotating bushing with blades. The device is configured to divert partially the flow of drilling fluid into the inlet openings to interact with the turbine sections causing them and the rotating bushing to move.;EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning wells from slime.;3 cl, 3 dwg
