FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of high-pressure cylinders, which are a two-layer structure made of a steel casing (liner) and a thick-walled composite casing based on continuous fibres and epoxy binders. The method is carried out by using pre-curing the preform after winding a stack of layers of 2-10 mm with the subsequent laying of the remaining number of layers and the final curing of the shell according to the multistage regime, the total time of which is set from the condition 1.2-1.4 hours per 1 mm of the composite thickness.;EFFECT: ability to form thick-walled shell structures based on the polymeric composite materials allows to eliminate the deformations of the metal liner, that arise at the stage of winding and to prevent the appearance of cracks in the structure of the composite shell, while ensuring minimum labour intensity of the manufacturing process.;3 dwg, 4 ex
