Air conditioning a driver assistance camera environment by a cooling fan

A system for air conditioning the environment around a driver assistance camera of a vehicle is disclosed having a camera mounted in a housing, the housing being adapted to be attached to a window of the vehicle. A fan is connected to the housing to force air flow through the housing to condition the environment around the camera.
