Generally, no solutions are known for containers with up to the largest technical diameter, in which a narrow residence time distribution of flowable solids as they pass through the container defined as a central goal and is sought in the inventive. Required for this is the entry of the product in a uniform distribution over the entire surface of the container as well as its evenly across this cross-section detected discharge in the lower part of the container. The aim and result of the invention is a storage and process container in the execution up to the largest dimensions with inventive application of devices, controls and controls in effective combinations. With these conditions it is achieved that a homogeneous residence time of the solid in the form of bulk material with flowable properties in its storage economy and / or process engineering treatment in the presence of liquids and / or gases at very high throughputs allows high and uniform qualities of the products be achieved. By means of the application of several feed containers with distribution pipes, the homogeneous distribution of the solid upon entry onto the surface of the container in the form of many distributed metering points takes place for the selected example of an order of magnitude of the storage and process container of 50 m diameter and 25 m height. By applying the system point-symmetrical, star-shaped channels arranged with breakthroughs in conjunction with the application of a combination of controls and actuators in the input and output of the solid as well as a multiple distributed and thus uniform detection and the discharge of the solid over the entire cross section of the bearing - and process tank achieved. Inventive applications of solutions and design details enable the necessary processes. These conditions, uniform over the cross-section of the container, both at entry and at discharge, together with associated controls and controls for the product stream, form the necessary basis for a high uniformity of the residence time of the solid in the container. Smaller or larger dimensions of the storage and process container are possible.
