The device of the invention is composed of a cabinet for feeding (ma), the upper part is a combination of several successive tanks for feeding (bn) containing the treated water and conditioned only to retain a population of fish, and the lower part of which contains all the usual equipment of the physical and chemical properties of the water, a reserve vessel (cr) containing a water exclusively reserved for the bins of care (bt) mounted on rollers and independent of the piece of furniture of feeding (ma) and a drainage vessel (cv) for receiving the waste water after treatment of a treatment tank (bt). At least one treatment container (bt) is placed in at least one housing (eo) provided in the piece of furniture of feeding (ma) to be filled with water coming from the reserve tank (cr) by electric pumping and discharged by gravity into the drainage vessel (cv).
