The present invention relates to a lace-up device (50) for shoes (10) comprising a vamp having two sides (12) and a tongue (14) to be tightened with at least one lace (22). The lace-up device (50) comprises an elongated lace guide means (22) oriented, in use, substantially longitudinally with respect to the tongue (14). The guide means makes it possible to hold and guide one or more portions (26) of the lace (22) along the tongue (14) so that said portions (26) are arranged substantially aligned with respect to the longitudinal direction of the tongue (14). The guide means comprise at least one flexible ribbon shaped to form at least one cavity adapted to receive and guide one or more parts.
