The present invention relates to a vertical take-off and horizontal flight aircraft comprising at least 3 circular wings (2) each incorporating a propulsion device (3). This aircraft without tilt-rotor comprises a differential control system of the speed of the propellers. It can move from the vertical takeoff phase (or hover) to the horizontal flight phase by tilting on the pitch axis. The cell (1) carrying at least the pilots and passengers is articulated relative to the rest of the aircraft and is thus maintained in substantially horizontal position during all phases of flight to allow the maintenance of pilots and passengers in a position substantially constant with respect to the axis of gravitation.
