In the Electrical equipment box of the air conditioner which possesses the compressor and the ventilation fan, the 1st control baseplate where the heat generation part is mounted and, the 1st control baseplate was kept and the 1st baseplate holder and the non heat generation part which are installed on top of the division plate which divides the compressor and the ventilation fan were mounted and vis-a-vis the 1st control baseplate abbreviation verticality or the 2nd control baseplate which abbreviation horizontally is installed and, provided with the 2nd baseplate holder which keeps the 2nd control baseplate and were installed in the 1st control baseplate and the heat dissipation fin which projects on ventilation fan side of the division plate.
