A charging-control circuit, connecting an in-vehicle apparatus with an external apparatus and enabling data-transfer therebetween, includes a DC-to-DC converter, to which a main power-supply's battery-voltage or the in-vehicle apparatus's bus-voltage is supplied, converting the supplied voltage to a predetermined voltage; an output controller controlling the data-transfer, and determining a current for the external apparatus; and an instantaneous-interruption measurement-circuit, preventing the data-transfer's instantaneous-interruption when the battery-voltage drops to below the predetermined voltage, including a first switch switching between supply and cut-off from the bus-voltage to the converter according to the battery-voltage, a resistor, connected between an output terminal to the external apparatus and the output controller, limiting an output current flowing to the output terminal, and a second switch, connected in parallel with the resistor and connected in series with the first switch, causing a current to flow to the resistor while the bus-voltage is supplied to the converter.
