PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively determine whether or not implicit knowledge is included in a document.SOLUTION: A knowledge sharing assisting apparatus 100 has an analysis unit 120 which analyzes supplemental explanation described at a downstream process for change in contents of a document 200 when the document 200 created at an upstream process of a system development is revised at the downstream process of the system development and which calculates, from the result of analysis, degree of explanation indicating how the supplemental explanation is described. A determining unit 130 compares a degree of change indicating how the contents of the document 200 is changed at the downstream process and the degree of explanation calculated by the analysis unit 120 and determines, based on the comparison result, whether or not implicit knowledge which is obtained at the downstream process but is not explained at the downstream process is included in the document 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
