PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milling cutter which can constantly maintain a brush pushing-out quantity regardless of a brush abrasion degree.;SOLUTION: A milling cutter of this invention has: a milling cutter body 10 fitted with a tip 11, equipped with a blade that machines a workpiece along the outer periphery of a tip part; a brush holding part 14 that holds brush bristles 15; a brush insert hole 13 provided so that the brush holding part 14 can, in the milling cutter body 10, be inserted movably in the axis direction of the rotary shaft of the milling cutter body 10; a brush support part 16 provided on the tip part side of the milling cutter body of the brush insert hole 13 to support the brush bristles 15; and a fluid supply passage 12 formed in the milling cutter body 10 to serve as a passage that supplies a fluid from outside into the brush insert hole 13, the brush holding part 14 being pushed out toward the tip part of the milling cutter body at a constant pressure by fluid.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
