PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a living body and accurately acquire biological information such as a heart rate and a respiration rate of the living body.SOLUTION: A biological information detection device 100 which is installed on equipment CH having a body support part BS for supporting a body BD, and detects biological information of a user of the equipment comprises: a detection unit 10 comprising a radiation part for radiating a wave to a part of a body supported by the body support part, and a reception part for receiving a reflection wave which is obtained by reflection of the wave radiated by the radiation part on a part of the body; and a detection support part 20 for forming a part of the body support part, and supporting a part of the body to which the wave is radiated by the radiation part, in which, hardness to the part of the body of the detection support part is softer than hardness to the part of the body of the body support part other than the detection support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
