PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration of a suspended load by a simple operation.;SOLUTION: An overhead crane controlling system has: a model calculation part 232 which calculates a model speed of a suspended load 6 conveyed by control object equipment on the basis of a control speed of the control object equipment based on a speed command value inputted via a push button switch and a ceiling crane system model; a control calculation part 231 which calculates a speed of the control object equipment so that the calculated model speed of the suspended load and a target speed of the suspended load are coincident with or approach each other, and outputs the calculated speed of the control object equipment as a control speed; and an actual control part 233 which controls an actual speed of the control object equipment on the basis of the outputted control speed.
