PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regionally dispersed power generation method that uses wind power and woody biomass as renewable energy, which improves power generating efficiency and enables adjustment of power supplied to outside.SOLUTION: There are installed together a wind power generation apparatus, an apparatus for gasifying woody biomass and generating power by burning the gas, and an apparatus that performs activation of an aqueous solution, electrolysis of the activated aqueous solution, and hydrogen power generation, where a part of power generated by wind is supplied to an apparatus for activation of the aqueous solution and electrolysis of the activated aqueous solution, and oxygen gas byproduced is used in the apparatus for gasifying woody biomass and generating power by burning the gas. The apparatus for activation of the aqueous solution and electrolysis of the activated aqueous solution comprises a device for activation of an aqueous solution, a generator of hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis, a device for holding the product, hydrogen gas, and a device for holding the product, oxygen gas, and an aqueous solution in device B is circulated and used in device A.
