PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for improving energy utilization efficiency and economy of a power generation system that is a regional distributed scale, utilizes the woody biomass as a raw material and comprises a step of gasifying the woody biomass.SOLUTION: The method of the present invention comprises: a step of installing an apparatus for partially burning the woody biomass to gasify, the apparatus for generating electric power by burning the gas, the apparatus (B-1) for activating an aqueous solution and the apparatus (B-2) for electrolyzing an activated aqueous solution, a step of supplying a part of generated electric power to the apparatus B-1 and the apparatus B-2, and a step of supplying obtained hydrogen gas and oxygen gas to the apparatus for burning the gas to generate the electric power. Further, in the method of the present invention, surplus power of nighttime electric power or the like of an other electric power generation system is used as the electric power to be supplied. In the method of the present invention, water is activated by immersing a ceramic molded product containing a mineral which generates a terahertz wave into aqueous solutions of the apparatus B-1 and the apparatus B-2. In addition, in the method of the present invention, the water is purified by white sandbar soil contained in the water and can be recycled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
