PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organization common resource setting system and organization change determination method that can set a common resource in accordance with a change in organization.;SOLUTION: An organization common resource setting system 100 includes a calculator 10 having an organization information recording unit 22 that records a unit organization which is a constitutional unit of an organization, an account information recording unit 21 that records account information of a member of the organization K, a resource information recording unit 23 that records a location of a common resource assigned to each unit organization, and a common resource setting unit 30 that adds and cancels a common resource of the unit organization. The common resource setting unit 30 has a change detection unit 31 that detects a change in the organization information recording unit 22 or the resource information recording unit 23, a new installation determination unit 32 that determines new installation of a unit organization, an abolition determination unit 32 that determines abolition of a unit organization, and a resource setting unit 33 that adds or cancels a common resource for the unit organization newly installed or abolished.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
