PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package which is comprised of a packaging container storing fruit and vegetables including lettuce, and which can prevent malodor effectively, even in an environment with a low oxygen concentration where browning of the fruit and vegetables including lettuce is suppressed, and thus has excellent freshness retaining function for the fruit and vegetables.;SOLUTION: A package is comprised of a packaging container provided with polymeric film and storing fruit and vegetables including lettuce, and its internal carbon dioxide concentration is 1-98 volume%, whereas its internal oxygen concentration is 1-19 volume%.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
