PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make advantageous for inexpensively installing a building such as a warehouse in a short period, and to also easily correct even when uneven settlement is caused.;SOLUTION: A refrigeration warehouse 10 supports a plurality of places of a floor steel frame beam 32 on a mat slab 34 by a support part 36. The respective support parts 36 comprise a lower plate 38 placed on the mat slab 34, a plurality of spacers 40 stacked on the mat slab 34, a plurality of male screw members 42, an upper plate 44 for fixing the plurality of spacers 40 on the mat slab 34 and a column part 46 projected upward from the upper plate 44 and capable of abutting on the floor steel frame beam 32.
