PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate conformity of an attribute with respect to a query.;SOLUTION: An attribute evaluation device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires commercial item and the like selection information in which a query input to sales content is associated with one or more commercial items or services (thereafter, referred to as a commercial item and the like) selected in the sales content after the query is input; and an evaluation unit that selects an attribute of an evaluation object from a set of the attributes to be possibly given to the commercial item and the like, divides processing object information based on the commercial item and the like selection information, depending on whether the selected attribute of the evaluation object is the attribute given to the commercial item and the like, and highly evaluates conformity of the selected attribute of the evaluation object with respect to a query of attention as information on the commercial item and the like associated with the query of attention is eccentrically present in any of the divided processing object information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
