PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building design/construction planning method and building design/construction planning system capable of efficiently creating a design/construction plan of a building satisfying the requirements of a client when a plurality of function models exist.;SOLUTION: This planning system creates a base model as a building three-dimensional model that reflects shape information related to the building shape determined on the basis of the information about the requirements of a client and includes attribute information of each element of the building. Then, referring to information acquired from the created base model, the planning system creates, for a plurality of functions, a plurality of function models as the three-dimensional model used for constructing the building, and adds, to the base model, the attribute information of each element of the building determined on the basis of the information about the requirements of the client.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
