A building construction/design system (S) comprising execution drawing making means (11) for making a general drawing of a building, framing plan making means (21) for making a framing plan on which specific component information needed to construct the building on the basis of the general plan is written, procuring/preparing means (22) for creating component classification information (22c) by classifying specific components into standard components and custom-order components other than the standard components according the specific component information which the framing plan making means (21) has, construction adjusting means (23) for acquiring the component classification information (22c) from the procuring/preparing means (22), judging constituent members requiring purchasing about the standard components and the custom-order components, making a procurement plan if purchasing is required, and making a construction plan of the standard and custom-order components.
