PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graze having novel texture and having good mouth melting as the graze, and a bakery product with graze having the graze with the novel texture.;SOLUTION: There are provided a saccharide composition for graze consisting a sugar powder having percentage of particles having particle size of more than 180 μm of 6 to 50 mass%, percentage of particles having particle size of 106 μm or less of 42 to 92 mass% and total of percentage of the percentage of the particles having particle size of more than 180 μm and the percentage of the particles having particle size of 106 μm or less of 80 to 100 mass%, a manufacturing method of the saccharide composition for graze including mixing 2 or more kinds of sugar powders with different particle size distribution, a graze mix containing the saccharide composition for graze, a manufacturing method of a graze liquid including a process for mixing the graze mix and water, and a manufacturing method of a bakery product with graze including a process for adhering the graze liquid obtained by the manufacturing method of the graze liquid to a bakery product.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
