PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a structure and a method to prevent self-sinking of a steel pipe pile that curtail construction time and reduce a material cost, for entire marine construction work including installation of a foundation consolidating-type steel pipe pile.;SOLUTION: A self-sinking prevention device 1 for a steel pipe pile that applies the present invention is for preventing self-sinking of a steel pipe pile 8, and includes a floating body part 2 floating on seawater and connected to the steel pipe pile 8. The floating body part 2 conveys buoyancy to the steel pipe pile 8 that is connected and retains a position of the steel pipe pile 8, while keeping a bottom edge part 8u of the steel pipe pile 8 separated from a bottom surface part 81u of a foundation consolidating part 81, the steel pipe pile being installed in the foundation consolidating part 81 formed by filling a fluid solidification material in a seabed 9.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
