PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable lunchbox with a heating tool.SOLUTION: The portable lunchbox with a food material heating tool, includes: an incombustible-material heating container having a same size as that of the portable lunchbox, and stored in the portable lunchbox made of an incombustible material; an incombustible-material heater provided in the heating container; a tableware receiving net integrated with a food material receiving frame, having a shape of tableware, and made of a material easily warmed up and easily cooled down; food-material-receiving-frame height adjustment legs, food-material-receiving-frame height adjustment stages and the like for flame regulation; and a solid fuel extinguishing cap of a screw form provided at a solid fuel installation container. The heating container and a lunchbox storing the heater are attached to the portable lunch box with coupling stoppers. A user carries the portable lunch box and has lunch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
