摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction method of a residual service life of a light source part in a laser device in consideration of service life consumption caused by temperature of the light source part, service life consumption caused by drive condition such as optical output, driving current and so forth, and individual difference of the light source parts.SOLUTION: A laser device comprises: a first calculation unit which calculates acceleration coefficient of life consumption of a light source part when standard temperature and standard condition values are taken as the reference; a second calculation unit which calculates lifetime or residual service life of an individual light source parts with respect to performance index of the individual light sources or change speed thereof; a calculation unit which calculates time integral to the acceleration coefficient to obtain an effective cumulative drive time in which magnitude of influence to service life is equivalent to driving at the standard temperature and the standard condition values; and a recording unit which records the effective cumulative drive time and the lifetime or the residual service life with light output characteristic of the light source part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
