PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technique in which phloretin glycosides can be refined while purity is increased even more.;SOLUTION: In a method for refining phloretin glycosides, polyphenol containing phloretin glycosides is supplied to a synthetic adsorbent resin column and phloretin glycosides is adsorbed to the column, mixed solution of water and ethanol in which the ratio of ethanol is 5% or more and less than 45%(V/V) in the whole solution is allowed to flow as a mobile phase, and then, mixed solution of water and ethanol in which the ratio of ethanol is 45% or more and less than 100% (V/V) in the whole solution or ethanol is allowed to flow as a mobile phase, and a fraction containing phloretin glycosides is obtained.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
