PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method that can be utilized as appropriate means in connection with collecting fees and the like particularly for small-sized organizations/parties and the like.;SOLUTION: A membership settlement system of the present invention comprises: a database; membership directory generation means for, in response to reception of membership directory generation information and a membership directory generation instruction, generating a membership directory and storing the same into the database; membership registration means for, in response to reception of an approval of a membership registration, registering membership information by associating with the membership directory; billing information registration/-notification means for, in response to reception of billing information and a billing instruction, registering the billing information at a billing invoice/payment history and notifying a device of the member of the billing information; settlement request means for, in response to reception of a payment instruction, transmitting a settlement request to a system of a settlement facility; billing information updating means for, in response to reception of a notice of the settlement completion, updating the billing invoice/payment history; and completion notifying means for notifying the device of the member and a device of the issuer of the bill of the payment completion.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
