PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system that reduces a resistance of settlement companies and supporters to political donations, and effectively raises funds for political activities.;SOLUTION: The settlement system includes: a plurality of supporter communication devices 2 connected to a communication network N; a settlement device 3 for settling political donations; and a membership fee processing device 1 for providing political services related to politics and performing processes relating to political donations. The supporter communication device 2 has a transmission means for transmitting admission information for joining in a fund-managing organization 6.
