PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress maintenance cost by suppressing abrasion in a powder storage container, to improve efficiency of put-out for powder, and to supply powder to each put-out port in a further averaged manner even when a plurality of put-out ports are provided.;SOLUTION: A powder put-out mechanism 30 comprises: a fluidization nozzle 31A and a fluidization nozzle 31B in a container and a fluidization nozzle 32 in a pipe which are provided to a powdered coal bin 114 and a char bin 514, which reserves powdered coal or char and in which put-out ports 119 and 519 are formed on its bottom parts 114b and 514b, and provided in a plurality of steps with intervals in a vertical direction, for fluidizing the powdered coal and the char in the powdered coal bin 114 and the char bin 514 by jetting out nitrogen gas; and a controller for intermittently jetting-out the nitrogen gas in order in the fluidization nozzle 31A, the fluidization nozzle 31B and the fluidization nozzle 32.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
