PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interspinous stabilizer including an easy-to-operate band banding mechanism with which implants in the rear and lateral of the spinous process are synchronized and improving stability of a filler block.SOLUTION: An interspinous stabilizer 2 includes an interspinous filler block. The interspinous filler block includes a central support 100, an upper side wing 110, a lower side wing 111, an upper protrusion 120, a lower protrusion 121, at least one perforation 140, a band 200, and at least one metal hook 211.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
