The present invention relates to a filler between vertebral processes with lowered separation probability and a stabilizer between same. According to the present invention, the stabilizer between vertebral processes comprises a filler. The filler between the vertebral processes comprises: one core supporter including upper and lower sides perpendicular to first and second directions, respectively, wherein the first and second directions are opposite to each other; one upper blade placed in the first direction and protruding to the upper side of the core supporter; a lower blade placed in the first direction and protruding to the lower side of the core supporter; one upper protrusion placed in the second direction and protruding to the upper side of the core supporter, wherein the length protruding to the upper side of the upper protrusion is less than that protruding to the upper side of the upper blade; one lower protrusion placed in the second direction and protruding to the lower side of the core supporter, wherein the length protruding from the lower protrusion is less than that protruding from the lower blade; at least one hole facing the first direction of the core supporter to the second direction thereof; one fixing string penetrating the hole and forming a ring-shaped structure with the first direction of the core supporter; and at least one metal ring having at least one end part of the fixing string and passing the ring-shaped structure.
