PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a natural circulation vegetable oil-immersed transformer capable of making the best use of characteristics of vegetable oil by the difference between the natural circulation vegetable oil-immersed transformer and a natural circulation mineral oil-immersed transformer.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method of producing a natural circulation vegetable oil-immersed transformer which is designed, including: a life expectancy calculation step of calculating life expectancy of the natural circulation vegetable oil-immersed transformer from change with time in the average degree of polymerization of winding insulation paper of the natural circulation vegetable oil-immersed transformer to change with time in the average degree of polymerization of the winding insulation paper of a natural circulation mineral oil-immersed transformer; and a winding temperature setting step of setting the maximum winding temperature from the relationship between the life expectancy calculated by the life expectancy calculation step and the maximum winding temperature.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
