PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device for low-temperature fluid circulation and a low-temperature fluid circulation device, capable of suppressing heat conduction from a pressure wall of a low-temperature fluid container to a housing for storing an impeller, compared to a conventional pump for low-temperature liquefied gas.;SOLUTION: A pump device for low-temperature fluid circulation includes an impeller 8, driving parts 9, 10, 11, 12, and housings 6, 7 separate from a wall part of a container 2. The housings 6, 7 have a first housing part 6 storing the impeller 8 therein and arranged in the container 2, and a second housing part 7 connected to the first housing part 6, storing the driving parts therein and arranged outside the container 2.
