PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal die device that not only enables an inner die device to be easily inserted in the inside of a pipe material to be processed even when there are inward facing burrs at an opening end face of the pipe material, but also achieves positioning of an outer metal die device with the inner metal die device easily and surely and processing of generated scrap easily by drilling the pipe material using the metal die device.;SOLUTION: In a metal die device for drilling a pipe material including an outer metal die device that is arranged on the outside of the pipe material and an inner metal die device that is inserted in the inside of the pipe material and drills the pipe material in cooperation with a metal die of the outer metal die device, the metal die device is further equipped with a pilot die that performs positioning of the outer metal die device with the inner metal die device in the width direction of the pipe material, to thereby ensure accurate positioning of the outer metal die device and the inner metal die device.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
