GRANULAR AGENT FEEDING DEVICE AND METHOD OF REPLACING HORIZONTAL FEEDER ROLL OF GRANULAR AGENT FEEDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the problem that it was necessary to replace a granular agent feeding device itself as it was not possible to replace a horizontal feeder roll with differently sized feeder recesses.;SOLUTION: A granular agent feeder device comprises: a body frame 6 provided at a position above a transfer stand 1 that transfers a nursery box 2; a supply hopper 7 for storing a granular agent 4 supplied to a feeder recess 11 of a horizontal feeder roll 10 axially mounted on the body frame 6; and a rotary brush 46 that rotates in the opposite direction to a contact surface provided on the upper surface side of the horizontal feeder roll 10. A plurality of kinds of horizontal feeder roll 10 with differing width or depth of feeder recess 11 are prepared, and the horizontal feeder roll 10 is moved sideways with respect to the body frame 6 with the supply hopper 7 and the rotary brush 46 left on the body frame 6 and can be replaced with a selected detachable horizontal feeder roll 10.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
