COVER MEMBER, RENOVATED SASH AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR RENOVATED SASH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily join an end of a cover member even in a case where there is unevenness in a fixed part.;SOLUTION: A renovated sash comprises: an existing frame that is provided in an opening of a building; a new frame that is mounted inside the existing frame; and a cover member 13 that covers an outdoor side of the existing frame. In a longitudinal frame cover member 22, a long side part 22a that enters a gap between an existing longitudinal frame 9 and a new longitudinal frame 17 is provided at one side of the top. A water cutoff material 46 is provided between the longitudinal frame cover member and the new longitudinal frame 17. At the other side of the longitudinal frame cover member 22, a cover mounting part 52 of the existing longitudinal frame 9 is fixed. In the cover mounting part 52, a box part 22c including an upper opening that is provided at an end of a short side part 22b and a fixing screw n11 that is fixed through a bottom 22d to an existing outdoor side end 9c are provided. On the bottom 22d, abutment ribs 48 are provided at both sides of the fixing screw n11.
