PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renovation sash and a construction method of the renovation sash capable of allowing a new frame to be easily attached without depending on the shape of an existing frame or a building frame, and capable of being fixed to the building frame as fewer as possible.;SOLUTION: A renovation sash 1 includes a new frame 4 which is disposed at the inner peripheral side of an existing frame 2 which is attached to an opening 12 in a wall 11 partitioning between indoor and outdoor. The renovation sash has an attachment 5 which is fixed to the existing frame 2 and to which the new frame 4 is fixed.
