PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to realization of stable communication of a wireless network that performs inter-terminal communication.;SOLUTION: A route information providing device includes a terminal information receiving unit that receives terminal location information and wireless communication quality information from a terminal device, a state determination unit that determines the state of a radio wave propagation path between two of a plurality of sections obtained by partitioning a communication area on the basis of the terminal location information and the wireless communication quality information, a map generation unit that generates radio wave propagation path state map data indicating the state of the radio wave propagation path between the sections of the communication area, and an information providing unit that provides information on a wireless communication path from the first section to the second section of the communication area on the basis of the radio wave propagation path state map data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
