PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantifying vitamin D, mass spectroscope and vitamin D quantifying reagent kit, capable of precisely analyzing a trace amount and improving analysis throughput.SOLUTION: The method for quantifying vitamin D, capable of derivatizing vitamin D included in an organism derived sample using a derivatization reagent and measuring the vitamin D using a mass spectroscope comprises: the derivatization step of derivatizing n samples using n kinds of 4-(4'-dimethyl amino phenyl)-1,2,4-triazolin-3,5-dione (DAPTAD) isotopologues as a derivatization reagent, respectively; the mixing step of mixing n kinds of the derivatized samples obtained in the derivatization step; and the quantitative analysis step of quantitatively analyzing each of n kinds of vitamin D derivatives included in the mixed samples obtained in the mixing step and having different masses using a mass spectroscope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
