PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport system for a waiting line, a method of aligning a waiting line, automatic transport chairs, and a controller of the automatic transport chairs that can eliminate stress felt by people waiting in a waiting line.;SOLUTION: A plurality of mounting machines 1 are provided, the mounting machines 1 are capable of mounting persons A to E to receive the service of a facility F, recognizing the presence or absence of the persons, moving to or stopping at a plurality of waiting positions P1 to Pe of a waiting line L formed with the persons, and are disposed at each of the waiting positions of the line.
