PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange only a shoe and reduce the size and weight of the shoe.;SOLUTION: A component 30 for ankle foot orthoses is used along with a shoe 20, is worn to a lower extremity part, and includes a support member 31 integrally formed by a plate-like elastic body. The support member 31 includes: an insertion part 32 extending in the front-back direction and removably inserted into a recess part 23 opened to a rear-side surface of a shoe sole 21; a bent part 33 continued from the insertion part 32, located outside the shoe sole 21 in a state where the insertion part 32 is inserted into the recess part 23, and bent upward; and an uprise part 34 continued from the bent part 33 and extending upward.
