A highly sensitive biomarker quantification method using photooxidation amplification is disclosed. A high-sensitivity biomarker quantification method using photo-oxidation amplification according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an enzyme labeled with any one selected from an antibody, an aptamer, and a nucleic acid that specifically bind to a biomarker.
