PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-blocking sliding film, a light-blocking sliding member, and the like, which offer superior coating strength and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A light-blocking sliding member comprises a light-blocking sliding film 21 provided on at least one surface 11a, 11b of a substrate 11, the light-blocking sliding film containing at least: a urethane-based binder resin which is a cured product of a polyol and a polyisocyanate curing agent, a blending ratio of the polyol and the polyisocyanate curing agent being 1:1.21-1.40 in terms of a ratio of NCO groups contained in the polyisocyanate curing agent and OH groups contained in the polyol; a carbon black; and a particulate wax. Preferably, the light-blocking sliding film 21 essentially does not contain an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter Dof 3.0 μm or greater and/or resin beads having an average particle diameter Dof 3.0 μm or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
